He was very professional and told me about the process and we set an appointment for the following morning. I met him on time and the process took approximately 45 minutes and my Ram was like new. I have used paint less dent repair for 15 years in the Seattle area, and I had a very difficult dentin my hood to take out. The tech in Seattle (dent wizard) could not remove it (he had 10 years experience), so when I relocated to the Charleston area , I looked for a repair Tech. who could do the work, and worked out of the elements.
